These terms govern the use of the Watchdog Enforcement website and services.
Watchdog Enforcement (Pty) Ltd provides forensic compliance documentation, evidence structuring, and regulatory preparation services. We are an independent monitoring body, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation in court.
All services are executed under a forensic methodology. We compile records, timelines, and evidence packs for internal compliance verification or external regulatory submission.
We do not act as legal counsel on behalf of clients before regulators, courts, or ombuds unless explicitly mandated in a separate written Power of Attorney.
Information provided on this website or through our deliverables is for compliance and evidentiary purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice. Where statutory interpretation or litigation is required, clients must consult a qualified attorney.
Watchdog Enforcement conducts gap analyses and compliance verification. We do not issue statutory audit opinions (as defined by the Auditing Profession Act) or regulatory certifications. Our findings serve as advisory and evidentiary records for risk management and enforcement escalation.
Clients warrant that all information and documentation provided to Watchdog Enforcement is accurate, complete, and truthful. We rely on the integrity of client-supplied data when compiling forensic evidence packs. Watchdog Enforcement accepts no liability for falsified or omitted records provided by the client.
While our documentation is structured to meet National Gambling Board and Consumer Protection Act standards, we do not guarantee specific regulatory outcomes. Oversight bodies operate with full independence and retain sole discretion over their rulings.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Watchdog Enforcement shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of our forensic reports or reliance on our gap analyses.
All content, including our compliance frameworks, forensic templates, and gap analysis structures, is the intellectual property of Watchdog Enforcement. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution of our methodologies is strictly prohibited.
Watchdog Enforcement reserves the right to amend these Terms of Engagement at any time to align with changes in South African legislation. Updated versions will be published on this page.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
